I would love to support you as you prepare to welcome your baby into the world. As your birth doula, my role is to provide continuous, uninterrupted support throughout your labor while helping you approach birth with greater confidence during pregnancy.
Our work together begins before labor starts. During pregnancy, I provide education, guidance, and space for you to ask questions so you can feel informed and prepared as your birth approaches. During labor, I offer calm, steady support through soothing touch, positioning, massage, movement, and other comfort measures to help create a sense of relaxation and reassurance.
I understand both the emotions and the physiology of labor, and I am able to remain calm and objective while supporting you through the intensity and unpredictability of birth. I also provide support in navigating decisions and understanding options if unexpected challenges arise.
As an independent, self-employed doula, I work for you. My role is to support you and your partner while helping you feel informed, grounded, and supported throughout the experience.
Because every family’s needs are different, I offer three doula packages to choose from. The fee for birth doula services ranges from $1,500 to $2,250 and is arranged as follows:
-A 50% retainer is due once you select me as your doula. To provide quality care, I accept only three birth clients per month, and the retainer secures my 24/7 on-call availability leading up to your due date.
-The remaining balance is due by thirty-seven (37) weeks of pregnancy.

-Private Childbirth Education Class
-Professional referrals and resources provided as needed
-24/7 availability starting two weeks prior to your estimated due date
-Continuous labor support
-Follow-up with one postpartum visit in your home
*In addition to the standard services, this package includes a private childbirth education class
birth guide- $1,500
This package is for families that are comfortable without having in-person support during labor. You will get the same level of preparation through our prenatal meetings, but support during your birth will be done virtually.
-Two virtual prenatal visits that include childbirth education
-Assistance creating an Individualized Birth Plan
-Unlimited communication during pregnancy via text, phone, or email to answer questions
-Professional referrals and resources provided as needed
-Continuous virtual labor support via videoconferencing and telephone
-Follow-up with one virtual postpartum visit
*The prenatal and postpartum visits can take place in your home for an additional travel fee
